Our shipping partners DHL and UPS are responsible for the delivery of your order. Once we’ve handed over the package, the delivery process is in their hands. However, we’re of course happy to support you in case of any issues.
If your tracking link shows problems with the delivery, please first check:
- whether the address you entered is correct
- whether your name is clearly visible on the doorbell
Then send us a short message including your order number and a brief description of the issue to support@esteem-clothing.com – a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
