How does a refund work for an order paid with a gift e-voucher?

Refunds are generally issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• If you paid with a gift e-voucher, the refunded amount will be reissued to that same voucher.
• If you paid using both a gift e-voucher and an additional payment method, the refund will first be applied to the additional method (up to the corresponding amount) and the remaining amount will be credited back to the gift e-voucher. Depending on the payment method, this process may take a few days after the return has been reviewed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are sent back too late or not in acceptable condition.
